Vi videresælger ikke personlige oplysninger og videregiver ikke dine personlige oplysninger til andre, de er kun registreret i vores kundekartoteker og e-mail databaser. Du kan til enhver tid få slettet dine oplysninger.

For at få behandlinger og kurbade i Sofiebadet eller købe gavekort, har vi brug for følgende oplysninger:

• Navn
• Telefonnummer
• E-mail adresse

Vi foretager registreringen af dine personoplysninger med det formål, at kunne booke dig ind, og evt. kontakte dig ved aflysninger eller lign. Ligeledes opbevares oplysninger vedr. køb og brug af gavekort således at tvivlsspørgsmål om for eksempel købstidspunkt kan undgås.
Personoplysningerne registreres hos Sofiebadet og opbevares i op til fem år, hvorefter oplysningerne slettes.

Når der indsamles personoplysninger via vores hjemmeside og online booking system, sikrer vi, at det altid sker ved afgivelse af dit udtrykkelige samtykke, således at du er informeret om præcis, hvilke oplysninger, der indsamles og hvorfor.
De ansatte for Sofiebadet har adgang til de oplysninger, der registreres om dig.

Vi opbevarer og transmitterer ikke kundeoplysninger krypteret.

Som registreret kunde hos Sofiebadet har du altid ret til at gøre indsigelse mod registreringen. Du har også ret til indsigt i, hvilke oplysninger, der er registreret om dig. Disse rettigheder har du efter Persondataloven og henvendelse i forbindelse hermed rettes til sofie@sofiebadet.dk

Data policy

We do not resell personal information and we won't pass your personal information on to others, it is only registered in our customer directories and e-mail database. You can delete your information at any time.    

To access treatments, spas or buy gift cards in Sofiebadet, we need the following information:  

• Name  
• Phone number  
• E-mail address    

We register your personal information, so we are able to make reservations and possibly contact you if you have to cancel or something of that nature. Also, information regarding purchase and use of gift cards is saved, so any doubts about time of purchase etcetera can be avoided.    

The personal data is registered in Sofiebadet’s database and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.    

When collecting personal information through our website and online booking system, we ensure that it always happens with our customers full consent, so you are informed about the exact information that we collect and why we do so.    

Sofiebadet’s employees have access to the information registered about you.    

The employee responsible for customer data is Sarah Mauritzen. We do not store customer information encrypted.    

As a registered customer in Sofiebadet, you always have the right to object to the process of registration. You also have the right to look into which information we have registered about you.
